Group Visit
Description
SEU offers personalized campus visit experiences for school field trips, youth groups, and athletic groups eager to learn more about our university. These visits are recommended for high school students and include an engaging admissions session and a guided campus tour, providing a firsthand look at life at SEU.

- Where do we park?
You can pull into the main security gate on Longfellow Blvd, our security team will help direct you to your parking space.
- What does the visit include?
Your group will receive a campus tour and an information session which will cover financial aid, the admission process, campus life, and more!
- What will our groups schedule look like?
See below for the expected schedule for our 10:30 AM Group Visits, both with and without the added lunch option.
Group Visit - No Lunch:
10:30 AM - Check In (Lobby - Welcome Center)
10:45 AM - Information Session
11:15 AM - Campus Tour
Group Visit - With Lunch

- What if it is raining?
Depending on the severity of the rain, we may shorten/adjust the tour or provide umbrellas and ponchos. You always have the option to reschedule for a sunnier day. Any extreme weather, resulting in a cancellation, will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
- Will we get to see a Residence Hall?
All groups with 30 or fewer people will have the opportunity to tour a residence hall. For groups larger than 30, we will provide a video showcasing the residence hall experience.
- Is Lunch Available for my group?
Lunch will be $12 per person dining in SEU's main dining hall, Tuscana Restaurant. Please calculate your total cost by multiplying the number of attendees by $12. Be sure to provide an accurate count, as this number will be used for billing purposes and refunds will not be available.
There are three accepted payment options:
Card – Pay by card as part of your initial registration. Card payments upon arrival will not be accepted.
Cash – A chaperone must submit a single cash payment upon arrival. Please provide exact change, as we will not have change available.
Check – A check made payable to Southeastern University, with a note indicating it is for Admissions, may be submitted. Checks must be received at least two weeks in advance.
